Senn Red Angus Cows

Senn Red Angus is located in mid-western South Dakota, near the small town of Faith. Our herd is comprised of both registered and commercial cows, and each year’s calf crop includes a number of progeny produced by artificial insemination and embryo transfer, in addition to some natural breeding.

Our cows are held to high standards, and are specifically selected for strong maternal characteristics including: how well the cow will mother her calf, if she can consistently breed back in a timely manner, maintain soundness and udder quality, all while keeping a genuine, easy to handle disposition.
